What is Google Workspace?

Google Workspace is a web-based collaboration software for businesses, organizations, schools, and more. The apps included with the workspace suite range from G-Mail to Docs. Google Workspace allows team members to edit documents together in real-time, unlike Microsoft Word (desktop application version). Google Workspace also has Google Meet, which allows users to enter video conferences up to 100 participants and a length of 24 hours (depending on your plan). Google Workspace also allows you to manage Apple/iOS devices, Windows machines, Chromebooks, Android devices, and even Chrome’s web browser. More than 5 million businesses use Google Workspace to be more productive and to work collaboratively. Google Workspace, however, isn’t cheap. It costs six dollars per user, and lets say your organization has ten users. That would total more than six hundred dollars for your small team. Most businesses have more than ten users, have another workspace plan, and may have purchased additional packages. The average cost per user is around 16 dollars, that’s almost two thousand dollars per year! Hope you enjoyed this blog, and I’ll see you next time, bye!
