Blog

I just had to write another blog by my dad. I always have to write so many blogs and it is just so annoying, I don’t even have any topics to write about! In 2019, I had to write a blog every 2 days or even every day. But I guess I have to do it because I have not written in a long time. Everyone who is on the community list will turn into an author someday. Sometimes I write too many blogs that I run out of topics to write about. I am also supposed to write 200 words as a standard which can be more stressful. All my cousins agree that they do not like writing blogs, so what if we could find a way to stop writing blogs altogether? Well, that will be a whole different story. However, if I liked writing blogs and I wanted everyone to write blogs, I could edit the code in the website so that it would redirect them to make a new blog page. Forcing them to write a blog and once they finished, it will bring them back to the normal website. It seems as if these blogs are beginning to become old record files in our drawer, except it is online. Will anyone from the internet ever come across these blogs and read them to it’s deep meaning? I’m not sure, but I don’t think that will ever happening. Also, I don’t see my cousins write blogs anymore, so I would try to not to write, but my dad keeps telling me to write blogs. What do you think? Will you stop writing blogs?

I am building up a phone system.

So as you guys might have already known, I am making a phone system. Currently, I have connected my desk phone to it. Most of the cousins are connected but I am still working on getting Angel connected. Every extension or phone number in the system has it’s own voicemail. That is pretty cool since you can send voicemails. I am also thinking of adding a Yealink T19 E2 IP Phone to the system so I can lend it to one of my cousins that need it to use the system (such as cousins that don’t have a mobile device). As of now when I have it, I will just use it as a downstairs phone. Now, I will be telling you why a VoIP Phone System is good for a small household or a family-run business. VoIP allows multiple calls, including conference and group calls, which is an important advantage to many businesses. This makes it easier for employees, management, and business associates to collaborate with each other and to communicate with clients. It’s also faster for clients to connect with customer support. Look, you might be thinking: “How is a VoIP system good? I’ve seen it cost hundreds of dollars!” Well, you are right. Let’s take my dad’s company, CMG, for an example. Their office uses Cisco IP Phones. A brand new Cisco IP phone would cost around $130 USD. That’s a lot to start with only one phone. Also, Cisco phones cannot use 3RD Party Call Management systems, such as 3CX which allows for VoIP Phones to work. Instead, you need to buy 3PCC compatible Cisco phones, which are NOT cheap. So, what do you do now? Well, other great VoIP Phone brands that support 3PCC are: Yealink (which is what I use), Fanvil, Polycom, Toshiba (not recommended and old), etc. I got my Yealink phone for only $69 dollars! I’ve even seen IP Phones listed as $29 dollars brand new! So consider getting one, it might be harder to set up, but it’s worth it for a business.

My new IP Phone

So a few days back I got my brand new IP Phone. It is like a landline but with more features. It also uses the internet to place calls instead of the old POTS line (Plain Old Telephone Service). Some of the things this phone offers is:

  1. Call transfer
  2. Music on hold
  3. Multiple remote and local phone book service
  4. 5 way conferencing (my old phone had only 3 way)
  5. IPV6 Support
  6. Internet daisy chaining
  7. Headset/Dual handset support
  8. Do not disturb
  9. Auto-answer
  10. Custom Softkeys
  11. Custom physical keys
  12. PBX Support
  13. STUN Support
  14. VOIP Support
  15. PA Support
  16. Anonymous Call Support
  17. Hotline Support
  18. Intercom Support

So basically this phone has 18 more features (and more) than my old business landline phone. Also, the keys are easier to press, and the phone is lightweight. The phone has 2 lines, which my old business phone also has. The phone I have is called the Yealink T31P, this phone can be found in offices and corporate, so it is used for business applications. It is very useful and I can use it to call my friends, it also has HD quality so I don’t need to worry about low quality sound from my phone. To be honest, I dreamed of having this phone and now, I finally have it. Thanks for reading my blog and I will see you next time, bye!

Vien has COVID?

So today I am 80% sure my sister has covid. She was next to a person who was infected with covid so she is going to be quarantined. When she was doing her business, she got angry about it and tried to spread her covid to me. I laughed at her and then she started screaming angrily. When I finished all my HW I watched an old video of Y Vien having a tamper tantrum, she started getting angry again and tried to steal my keyboard. (Which she failed) I am basically going to avoid her for 2 weeks since she has the CORONAVIRUS. She cant even take care of herself and social distance. One time I told her to social distance and she refused and wanted to stay next to Zara (my friends sister). Basically, since she wasn’t social distancing in the beginning, she might have covid. When me and my friend dismissal, I told him I wasn’t going to go to the dismissal area with him and was going to wait a bit so we could be separated. My sister is so attached to Zara that she wont budge going away from her. I asked Viens friend Olivia if she was her friend, her exact words was, “Well, I’d say kind of because she is sometimes rude to me. One time, she called my drawings ugly.” My sister one time told me that I had a fat mouth, so I decided to teach her a lesson by going up to the meanest teacher and telling her what happened. I then made up a fake story that she was going to have detention. When she got into the car to go home, she broke into tears. She says I am a little baby, but isn’t that being a baby? Anyway, I will see you next time.
