Yesterday, my camera finally arrived. It was a PTZ camera so it could move around. When I tried setting up the camera, it told me error setting up camera. I then tried connecting it to the LAN port on the WiFi router, that didn’t work. But then I tried tracking down its IP Address and went to its viewing page. And guess what, browser to new. I was thinking whats wrong with this camera, so then I used IE. It said I needed to install active X controls and then windows 10 said the active X controls are not functional on your computer. So what a terrible camera. My mom then decided to buy me one smart light and another camera. I agreed and now I am happy again. I just wish the next camera I buy, I hope it meets my expectations. The camera that’s arriving on Friday at 9pm. I am very pleased with that and I hope that our house will become smarter. Now, we have the Alexa, Hue smart lights, and 3 cameras. The one that is arriving on Friday will count as one so we will have 4 cameras after Friday! So I hope you enjoy my blog guys! Bye guys!

Our Good House
Our house is very secure and very smart. Walk into the hallway, light’s on. Not in the hallway? Light’s off. We also have cameras watching our house. We have 3 cameras right now and on Tuesday, we will get a PTZ camera or a pan tilt zoom camera. Our TV is smart and it connects to our “hidden” speaker. The speaker makes you feel like you’re part of the action and the hue lights can also sync with the media you’re playing on the TV. If you’re having a party, I can go to my computer and make all the lights flash in a party strobe pattern. When it’s sundown, I might even program the lights so the lights turn on until it turns off again at sunrise. I will also make sure the lights can be controlled by Alexa. So our house is smart, and in the future, our smart lights will light up the back yard too! I might ask my dad to buy me a smart plug and we will buy normal string lights for the back yard so the smart plug will connect to the hue bridge. Then, I can control the normal string lights through the smart hue lighting system! So I hope you enjoyed my blog guys! Bye guys!
Not a Good Christmas
It was not a good Christmas. We had some presents but the present I wanted comes on the day next to the day of the end of December. It was the IP camera I was talking about recently. When Christmas Eve came, we watched a movie called Godzilla, we ate some stuff and mini shrimp. The movie was so scary to me that I decided to go upstairs, disconnect the downstairs camera so I don’t see the horror in the movie, then I watched IP camera videos. The next day, we opened our presents and I got a game called Tipsy. So when I was buying my package, it said it is running late. I filed 4 complaints and they switched me from YUN EXPRESS to FedEx smart post. This means FedEx smart post will then send it to USPS then USPS will the bring it to my house. I also played some Roblox and then I got an update from FedEx that my package was still in CA. It was going from office to office and each office was just another town ahead. I was so fed up that I was about to file another complaint when I realized that might just slow down my package. So I will not file another complaint. I will never, ever, buy from a vendor that’s not from the US because it will take forever for it to arrive at my house. Very disappointed with AMAZON.
Kim and Tien Came Over, Not Bien
I was at school, getting ready to be picked up. I then was on a car and after a few minutes, I was home. We had guests comming over and that was Kim and Tien, not Bien. They started going shopping with Y Vien, meanwhile I was at home playing some games and watching videos. The cameras recorded them leaving the house. It took them like forever to get the car started up, finally, they left. After 4 hours, they came back from the shopping mall. We went to dinner and came back home. The next day, we had lunch at a restaurant. We then met Thucdan, we drove to Fort Lauderdale. We went to the mall and we just looked at boring stuff. We decided to eat at a BBQ restaurant. But the girls were being mean and didn’t want to go. We also planned on going to the movies but that didn’t happen because of them. So we just had pizza. Now today, they were going home. They went onto there flight and they are home by now I guess. So tomorrow my camera is gonna arrive soon so yay! So I hope you enjoyed my blog guys! Bye guys!
IP Camera on the Internet!
I figured a way to configure a IP Camera so it can broadcast to the internet. What I had to do was go to the DDNS settings and configure the 3rd party DDNS to No-ip. So when I went to the website, I saw my camera there. So now I think maybe I can trick it into streaming on you tube. Of course I am just testing so I would never do that. But in this case, I am messing around with the cameras settings. But when I tried it didn’t work. So I guess I will have to find another method because it requires the RTMP feature and my cameras don’t have that. Maybe I can install a software to make it work! But for now I don’t need that feature. I also might need some help on mounting my new camera and I hope it supports RTMP features. So right now I am hiding my outdoor camera in a tree so I might make a video on how to hide a security camera. I also think viewing my camera on a website is cool enough so I like my cameras. I also want a NVR to connect to the TV so we can see the camera right at the TV and I also dont need to always run up to my PC and sync it up. So I hope you enjoy this blog guys! Bye guys!
Christmas is Coming Up
Christmas is coming up and I am excited. I wonder what present I have, maybe it’s a light bulb or ip camera! We have a Christmas tree inside our house and im guessing at Christmas Eve, we will get to open our presents. I think my sister got a barbie doll because she likes dolls. I think I will get a PTZ Dome Camera so I can mount it at the garden to see if someone is there. The camera I put at the driveway is on a flower pot hanging from a stick up stem so it always shakes. One time it shook so hard that it fell off. I then put tape on it so it wont fall off. Y Viens mom sent a letter to Santa saying that Y Vien wants a doll for Christmas. So I think she might get a barbie or something. I also think I will also get presents from other people like Ba Noi and some more family members. I also hope that on Christmas Eve, we will go somewhere entertaining. Christmas is my best holiday and we can go to other states but this Christmas we wont. So I hope you enjoyed my blog guys! Christmas Tree and the LED Decoration Lights
Yesterday, my family and I decorated the house. We put up the Christmas tree, we then put up Christmas decoration lights outside. I also set up my IP Camera at the garage. We also bought a LED Light Wizard light show maker and when we pluged it in, our lights started dancing. We also had a Christmas picture projector. We also had laser projectors hooked up and it seemed great! We even had LED net lights, a 300 light bulb string, some candy canes, and lighting up lollypops! We also added color lights to our Christmas tree because our Christmas tree only had white warm lights and it looked boring so we wanted a bit of color to it.
My IP Cameras
Today, I have 3 cameras around my house watching you. One is in the hallway, another is downstairs, and we have another one at the driveway (Me and Wesley poured water on it and it works fine. I also taped up the enthernet connection and the power connection so water wont get in there.) So I hooked it all to my router and I can view it from my computer. I also want one more camera for the garden and I want it to be a ptz camera. So that means it can move around. For instance, Bien, Y Vien, and Nam are playing at the garden and move to the hose to spray someone, I can pan down to see if Nam is gonna get the hose or not. I can also speak into the camera saying “Nam! Stop it! What are you doing?” He might reply saying to mind my business so I will just record it from my computer. So thats the power of IP Cameras!

Thu-CLAM Getaway
I remember my dad telling me ThucCLAM was bad. She has a history of bad choices. One time on the cruise, ThuCLAM announced in the buffet area 3 times and in the lobby 2 times that I farted. No one really cared but a small couple started looking at our whole family. Another time was when Thuclam smacked me in the face. So she has very bad choices. Also, when Thucquyen and Thuclam were leaving the elevator, Thuclam pushed Thucquyen because she was in a bad mood. Maybe the elevator cameras saw that! And also my dad asked Thuclam how was you day, than Thuclam smaked my dad in the face. My dad than told Thuclams dad so she started crying. She keeps on thinking she can get away with that stuff and I dont know why. Another time was when Nam and me were in a fight. Then Nam coudn’t take it anymore and threw a chip bag in my face. I wished my camera was there to record but I didn’t buy any cameras yet. So now, I will be able to show proof to my parents that they hit me, but if they denies it, I will have to bring on somewhere that cant be retrive it from, or I will replay it a million times ans show it to my friends, or maybe post it on the INterNET. Just kidding, I will just show it to Bac Thuc and more people. So Thuclam is very dagerous. Maybe one day I will catch it on my cameras and show it to you for proof.
Almost Missed the Cruise Ship!
We were on a bus and driving to the cruise ship port. The ship was ready to leave. We went through the building, and suddenly, BLACKOUT FOR 3 SECONDS. I and all my cousins and other people screamed but the lights came back on. As we came out of the building and went on the boarding bridge, the lights shut off. I knew that meant the gates closed. When we boarded the ship, not many passengers were there because no one was boarding anymore. I was glad we were able to make it home. Phew!
Nearly Missed the Train!
We were at a train station waiting to get on the train. We didn’t know the platform we needed to get on so we just kept on standing at the train station entrance. Once it became clear that it was platform 10, we went there and people started rushing in. Part of the family was at McDonald’s and when they came in, we all rushed on the train like it was leaving. Seconds after I jumped on, I was panting, and I saw the doors slam shut and the train started moving. I then saw my dad and we all went to a cart where everyone was at. We stationed ourselves at the door and once we arrived, we all rushing out. Another scary moment was when we were crossing the carts. My dad and I didn’t know there was a button to open the doors so we opened it manually. I tried opening the doors on my own but it was so heavy that when I let it go it slam shut. My dad then tried to open it and he was successful. When we crossed another cart, I saw a button and pressed it, the doors slammed open and we ran through it. So that train was a bit scary. That reminds me of the old days.
