On Sunday, hurricane Dorian will be here. It will be at a category four and will then quickly change to a category 1. It’s top speeds will be 130 mph. My family will be going to Ohio so we won’t be effected, except my mom. Today we went to Costco to buy supplies for my mom because she will be staying home. We also ate pizza there and there was no water in stock. Tomorrow my mom will fill up her gas tank and My grandma, Dad, my Sister, and me will be on a road trip to Ohio and it will take 2 days. We will leave on Friday. Monday Hurricane Dorian will pass and slowly improving conditions. We will get home by airplane and my dad will stay back for a week. My friend Sanjay says that Hurricane Dorian might be like Hurricane Katrina and I hope that won’t happen. Dorian will pass by very fast so it will just take a day for it to pass and some more days for conditions to improve. So I hope you enjoyed this blog guys! Bye guys!

Today I will talk about my yesterday. So yesterday I got my megaphone package from Amazon. Before that we went to the dollar tree to buy some batteries and they were C batteries for my megaphone. Once I took my megaphone package from the door, we went on the car. I opened it up on the car. We were going to visit my dad’s work place. Half of the building was demolished because it wasn’t needed. After that we decided to go ride our bikes but we didn’t do that so we then went to Ci Ci Pizza. I ate 3 vegetable pizza’s and a meatball pizza then I ate a salad. After that I ate another pizza then I ate a cinnamon roll. After that we went to the dollar tree. The reason we came there back again is because I quickly found out that this megaphone was going to use D batteries, not C batteries. So we exchanged it and then we went back home. Once I came back home I put the batteries in my megaphone and it worked great! Some users say that they didn’t like it because there were problems with the battery compartment. Today I went on my dad’s computer this morning to track my Amazon package. To my surprise it will be arriving at August 24th. So tomorrow it will arrive. But the thing that disappoints me is that the Amazon Facility or fulfillment center which sends packages was all the way down in Miami. Plus, the website said it will take a day to get the package from Miami to West Palm Beach. Usually it take just an hour to get from Miami to where I live but for shipping companies it takes a day for some reason. Maybe they deliver packages on the way so they can save money instead of taking another truck and making a direct trip to where I live and deliver it. So I guess that’s how they save money. Once when the delivery truck come I will have to wait another hour because it will deliver packages to other houses then mine. So a lot of work for shipping. Once I get my package I will fill the battery compartment with the batteries it needs then I will set the volume to maximum then go out into my driveway then start yelling at the top of my lungs into the megaphone. Just kidding, so the megaphone my dad bought for me was a Pyle Megaphone Speaker Lightweight Bullhorn Built in Siren, Adjustable Volume Control and 800 Yard Range PMP30. Now 800 yards is like half a mile! And that is very long and it can reach the other end of a field in the commons park or even more! Plus I also got that for just 13 dollars which is very cheap. Megaphones can be used in events, yelling to someone else far away, and for some other reasons too like announcements for a large group of people. So I hope you enjoy my blog guys! Bye guys!

Today I went to the movies, we went there to watch Angry Birds 2. So there was a island named Bird Island and there was also another island named Pig Island and they always fight each other. One day Pig Island discovered a island that was very dangerous and the people who lived on that island was gonna destroy both of the other islands because they were tired of living on a ice cold island and they wanted to live on a normal tropical island.  So Pig Island told Bird Island that they needed help but Red the hero kept on thinking it was a prank until they knew it was real. So Pig Island and Bird Island made a plan and brought a huge submarine. They then went to the enemy island and broke into a secret weapon. There was also a engineer with them so that will help them too but Red was jealous. So their plan was to shut off the power to the secret weapon that blasts balls of lava but when Red cut the power it just shut off the microwave. So the plan failed. The pigs where also on the plan and they were climbing up to a lever so the ramp would be detached and Red and the engineer would go into a ice ball and be launched and I forgot why. There was also a string that the engineer set up so the balls wouldn’t launched but be launched back to the enemy island. The lever plan didn’t work so they used a gadget and made the ball bounce away from the ramp and into the secret weapon. After that the secret weapon launched after the countdown and the bird kids were also watching too. Once the balls were launched the super string holded it together so it will be launched back to the ground. But the string got snapped so the bird kids decided to hold it together and so did the pigs. The ball then launched back to the island and exploded everything. After that the people on that island finally got along and went back to Bird Island and had a party. The Bird and engineer married and another bird got angry because it was his sister. After the movie ended we went to Five Guys and ate burgers, hotdogs, and fries. Then we came home and I played and Now I am writing a blog. So I hope you enjoyed my blog guys! Bye guys!

Today was Friday and Friday is a great day for 4th grade in Mr. Crownover’s class. So when I first came into class we worked on a ladder worksheet. It is when you have to change the letters in a word to make another word. After that it was carpet time and we read a chapter book all together and the book was named Because of Winn Dixie. We then did some more work on our ladder worksheet then we had another teacher come into the classroom and we did some stuff then we went to lunch. After that another teacher of ours named Mrs. Ferry came to pick us up and we went to her classroom. Once we got there we came in and did some math problems and we then started a science experiment. We were going to plant a plant and see which one will grow better, in the dark, some light, or with lots of light. After that we went to recess and we only played there for 10 minutes because it was about to be dismissal time. So we then walked back into the school entrance and through the hallways and sat down and waited until our names are called and we went back home. In Mr. Crownover’s class, we also got snow cones and I got a blueberry flavor. Next time I will choose cherry and coconut.  I hope you enjoyed my blog guys! Bye guys!

Today was my first day of school in fourth grade. My teacher was Mr. Crownover and he was nice. When we went into school, I walked into school and we did some worksheets and we started organizing our notebooks. We also went over some stuff and we then worked a bit on Greek and Latin roots. We then went to P.E. then we ate our lunch. After that we went to recess, there, I met my friend Obed. Mr. Crownover teaches us Reading and Writing. Tomorrow Mrs. Ferry will teach us on Science and Math.  After recess we came back to class and continued on Greek and Latin roots. After that we went to dismissal. In fourth grade we don’t get to eat snack. We also don’t use the words “yeah” and “technically” when starting a sentence. Mr. Crownover’s class has a snow cone machine, Star wars robots, Virtuall Reality, and a candle maker machine which is very cool. There is also a Vietnamese kid who speaks Vietnamese so I translate sometimes for him. My dad said my reading and writing was improving so I expect a better score on my FSA test. My opinion about Mr. Crownover is that I like him and I also like my classmates too but unfortunately  Obed is not in my class. So I hope you enjoy my blog guys! Bye guys!

Today I will talk about anger. Anger means that you are angry, when you are angry, you must be able to control yourself. When you are uncontrollable by your anger, you might break stuff, bang on the door and scream and do bad stuff. When you control your self, you go into your room and stay there for a bit then you go out and say sorry. Controlling yourself is very important. If you don’t while being in the public you will throw a big tantrum. One time in Vietnam I head a kid in a neighborhood being yelled at his mom. I was confused and why would they do that? If you didn’t control yourself, and you did it over and over again you might become a bad person. So when you get mad you go out and do bad stuff. People who control there self are good people. Bad people wont do much and might hurt peoples feelings.  Good people are nice and they can help you when being down. That is the big difference of bad and good. Yesterday I went to the movies with my family except my mom because she was at work. Dora lives in a jungle, her parents told her that she was going to the city. So she went on a plane to Hollywood and she met her cousins Diego there. On her first day of school there was another girl but mean and bossy and Dora was smarter than the mean girl so Dora was the new star student in her class. The class then went to a dance party and she was dressed up like the sun. She went out and danced silly and all the kids laughed at her. She then said “Diego, lets dance! You know this!” and Diego refused and the kids laughed at him. After the party Dora was sad because she made Diego be made fun of. They then went in a field trip to a museum and a worker there showed here the Egyptian basement being set up but she then got kidnapped and was on an airplane and flew to a field. Dora was then in the jungle and a man saved her and went with here on the exploration and they found a city of gold! They then found there parents because there parents went missing but the man who saved Dora and her friends was evil and he called his gang and they kidnapped them again. They then escaped and they entered the Gold City gate and they saw lots of gold but before they saw it They had to go through obstacles like unlocking the doors and jumping off a death illusion and they then saw gold. But the evil man came and attempted to steal the gold but her fell in a lava pit that opened up but he hanged onto a wall. He called his gang again but they got caught and thee evil man went to a jail with the queen and Dora explained that her and her friends were explorers and she proved it and they were let go free. Today, I read a book about disasters. My dad told me to write a blog about it so today Im going to write a blog about disasters. In Florida, there are a lot of thunderstorms. Yesterday, it was raining a lot. When hurricane Irma hit, a tree in our back yard fell down. Lots of trees on the highway fell down. In the book, it talked about monsoon floods. One time in Thailand this airport flooded so high that the plane floated out of the airport boundaries and floated next to a house. But it didn’t look like it was sinking at all. There was also a flood in China that effected 10 million people. Hurricane Katrina was the worst hurricane that happened at a category 5 in 2005. The damage cost was 125 billion US dollars. That is a lot of money! Hurricanes that enter the USA go through the Florida Panhandle. Hurricane Katrina and Irma and much more hurricanes went through the Florida Panhandle which is known as the hurricane entrance. That’s why Hurricane Irma moved from the East side to the West side of Florida to enter the Hurricane Entrance. One time it flooded at our house up to the garage when I was little but I didn’t know much. This time the same thing happened, the sewers were holding as much water as it could and the deepest part of the water was up to my hip. So I hope you enjoy this blog guys! Bye guys!

Today I will show you how to be an activist. If you are protesting on the streets, you will have to have a permit. This will prove that you wont cause chaos. You can also post your protest on social media and that will make people interested and lots of people will join your protest. You have to say where it will begin, what time it starts, and what the protest is about. You can also compose a letter to someone in charge and that could make more people join your protest. You can also speak face to face and that will make someone understand your situation. So when your protest starts, you can arrange your team and then walk on the streets and hold a sign you made for your protest. Your sign should say something short like “Rights for Black!” people will see your protest and police will watch you until the government does something about it. You can also change some stuff in your daily life by refusing to use plastic. That can also mean that you are an activist. So I hope you enjoy this blog guys! Bye guys!
