twisters movie review

The scariest movies I’ve watched are A Haunting in Venice (scariest), Sightless (I only watched for 10 minutes), and Twisters. I don’t watch scary movies so Twisters is high on my list.

Fun fact : my dad tricked me into watching A Haunting in Venice. Honestly, I’m not really surprised. My dad said it wasn’t that scary so I went to watch it with Thucdan, but it was super scary. I also got scared that night but I don’t remember I just think I got scared.

So the movie Twister movie starts with a scene of the main character Kate Carter waking up her boyfriend and her friends for a tornado. Kate and her friends (and boyfriend but I’m calling him a friend) study tornados and chase them so they can predict when tornados are coming so they can warn civilians to get to safety. Kate is the smart character so she predicts stuff about the tornado they are chasing. But the tornado is too strong and she messed up and underestimated the power of the tornado. So the 4 friends (including Kate) go hunting for it, not knowing the tornado is stronger than expected and they leave a friend Javi in the van so he can see the data of the tornado or whatever. When Kate and her friends realize the tornado isn’t what they expected they flee out of the their and seek shelter. But a boy gets sucked into the tornado. The remaining 2 friends and Kate climb up this part of a bridge for shelter but another friend gets sucked into the tornado. So Kate and her boyfriend are hiding in this crack but her boyfriend also gets sucked away.

5 years later and Kate moved to New York while still processing the devastating loss. Then Javi, Kate’s only friend that survived visits her. Turns out Kate hasn’t been in contact with anyone, including Javi and her mom. Basically Javi tells Kate he has a great team that can help him and Kate to track down tornados, but he need Kate because she’s the smartest person he knows. Kate refuses, because she’s scared and says she doesn’t chase tornados, but eventually she agrees to go with him. Javi then introduces Kate to his team and Tyler’s team, Javi’s rival. Tyler is able to follow Kate and they catch a tornado. Kate backs out last second so Tyler’s team beats Javi and Kate. After stuff happened I forgot. So Tyler and Kate become friends. Then, A big tornado comes and Tyler’s team and Javi (by himself) help Kate to get civilians to safety. Kate then goes by herself to go stop the tornado, but it might not work. Obviously it worked, but Kate’s car flips over and she has blood all over her body but she doesn’t die, due to plot armor. So everyone is happy and happy ending.

why i love movies

i love movies and here are some reasons

Movies are entertaining, obviously but I think it’s cool to see a whole different reality. I like realistic movies and shows but fantasy and sci-fi movies are also great. I wrote a few blogs on movies. My favorite blog on movies is Inside Out 2. My dad also liked the blog and the movie a little.

Movies also are satisfying in a weird way. It’s just super quiet and you here thee characters voices. Except when the fighting or dramatic parts, those are intense.

Movies also usually share a good moral. Take Inside Out, the moral is that every emotion serves a purpose. I don’t really watch movies for the moral but it’s a good plus. I also like TV shows a lot, and my favorite TV show is young Sheldon by the way, if you wanted to know. Anyway thanks for reading, bye

why did no one tell me about this…

If you read my blogs or if you just know me a little you will know I like Bloxburg. Bloxburg is a building game and role-play game. So there’s this girl I watch, frenchrxses, and she’s in college. I was just watching some of her videos and she does commentary a lot so she was talking about her life while building. Then she started talking about how she loved fashion and building interior designs. Keep in mind she plays Bloxburg and likes interior architecture. Connect the dots. Maybe I like architecture.

Okay so when I write this blog and publish it it doesn’t mean I’m really into  architecture. I’m probably just excited and my brain is tricking me into think architecture and interior designing is so great. But I really think that architecture could be fun considering I love building in Bloxburg. Obviously I’m probably not gonna become an architect. I also wanna be a phycologist but I feel like I’ll get bored.

a baby that looks like banh bao and a state shaped like a toilet

The most exciting part of my summer this year was seeing Thucquyen, and I actually haven’t gone anywhere out of the state this summer so far, which is kind of surprising considering my dad loves to travel, and he also likes visiting family. But a while ago I went to Louisiana, in fact, I’m still here. I flew to Louisiana but when I go home, I’m going to drive home. But the crazy part is the drive is 12 hours and there will be 7 people in a 5 seater car. I can see myself puking everywhere. Moving on, I flew to New Orleans from the Orlando airport and my mom rented an air BNB there for me and family. That’s where I met a living banh bao.

My aunt has 3 kids, Peter (10 years old 10 months younger than me), Paul (8 years old), and Phillip, my favorite baby. His birthday is May 23, 2024, his zodiac is Gemini and his birthstone is an emerald. I actually don’t believe in zodiac signs but some of the traits about myself I like to believe. So Phillip is super cute his skin is really soft and he has a head full of hair. I think he looks like a banh bao and I call him that sometimes.

I’ll be staying at Louisiana for about 2 more weeks and I like it here. I miss home and Ohio a little bit since my cousins are in Ohio but I do like Louisiana. Thank you for reading 💗
