ThucLam is Better than Nam

My summer started off at Ohio.

 

So we went on a hike before Khang and Nam came. I had to walk while ThucDan got to ride the bike. Lucky me… I didn’t know we were gonna go like a MILE away from the house. So of course I was unprepared. When we came back Khang and Nam were already there(I think). Then Nam started yelling about how in his room the ship thingy was knocked down. He was blaming me. Don’t think I’m guilty, cause I’m not Nam. So anyway, the next day my mom was leaving. In my mind I was like “YOU’RE LEAVING US HERE. GREAT.” But of course that didn’t bother her even if I said it out loud.

 

 

So here is a summary of my summer. Ohio,Florida,Bahamas,Florida,North Carolina and then finally back home in Arizona.Now, here is a story about my summer. Here is the normal schedule of the day: eat,homework,play,eat,play,eat,drink milk,video games,sleep,wake,eat,homework……. and so on. Sometimes Vinh came over and once Ryan slept over Alex came over a couple times. But other than those times it was pretty much boring old routines.

 

But boring no more! Well kind of. Not really. Well let’s just get on with it. So on the way I played on my iPad for only a little and then we were there. Man was Y Vien and Khoi happy excited mad confused well you know what I mean. So when we went to sleep man was it crazy. Khoi Y Vien ThucQuyen and Bien (Khang pulled him out. Or was it Nam? Eh we’ll never know. Wait was it both?)so me and ThucDan slept on the floor. Good thing:Khoi had a lava lamp and turned it on. Bad thing: they were SO LOUD AND ANNOYING(before you comment that I am annoying think twice Nam)they kept on giggling like little girls(before you comment that I am little girl also think twice Nam)and they were looking down at me like they were stalkers and every time I looked at them they would be like “SSSSHHHHEEEEE SSSSSSAAAAWWWW UUUUSSSS!”(basically only Khoi actually)they would also go back under the blanket like five seconds after I saw them. But eventually I stopped looking at them and I went to sleep. So first thing in the morning: breath. Some people say”First thing in the morning is shower.” UH NO ITS NOT ITS BREATH LADY OR MAN OR WHATEVER SPECIES YOU ARE! If you really think about it it is. So anyway, when we went on the plane it was small and we had to walk out to it. Now I was expecting a big airplane but if you think about it then you would say,”Well not everyone can plan a trip to the Bahamas. But I can, so MAN AM I A LUCKY DUCKY OR TUSY GOOT OR WHATEVER YOU ADULTS SAY WHEN SOMEONE’S LUCKY LIKE ME.” No I actually didn’t say that but I will plan a trip to Ohio or Florida or wherever you live and YELL IT IN YOUR FACE or is your ear? Yep it’s your ear. 

 

So when we got there I noticed, IT WAS SO HOT. I hate hotness even though I live in a desert, Arizona. But Arizona isn’t a literal desert with hotness like the Bahamas. I mean sure some people say that the Bahamas is paradise(no one actually says that but stick with me here people) but really, is paradise HOT LIKE A LITERAL DESERT. No one would call it paradise(read the one in parentheses before this one)if it were a literal DESERT LIKE I SUGGESTED IN MY MIND BUT NOOOOO NO ONE LISTENED TO ME BECAUSE I REALIZED THAT I SAID IT IN MY MIND. Ok so let’s just say that when we got to the hotel it was HUMONGOUS AND I COULDN’T REMEMBER WHICH WAY WE WERE SUPPOSED TO GO. But enough yelling and let’s focus on THE HEATNESS. Did I already express my feelings about the heat? Yep I think I did so now let me tell you about the beach. So when we went to the beach the waves weren’t that big and the sand was itchy but at least that made the HEATNESS wore it down. I put water all over myself and then put on sand. The sand stuck to me so then I was like,”WE SHALL DEFEAT WATER SHALL WE OR SHALL WE NOT.”. I got my answer because the waves came crashing down on me.(the real thing was my grandma yelled at me)So when we went back I like got lost so all I did was look around and follow the adults since I didn’t know where to go. How do they memorize it so much? I thought children were the highlight *sad face. So I don’t remember when this was but I think it was that day but anyway, We saw this theatre and Nam’s mom suggested we should watch Moana. I said yes. But in my mind I was like, “I’VE ALREADY SEEN MOANA LADY.”. Uhhhhhhhhhhhh I just noticed if she reads this it’ll be rude. Well then if you are reading this thank you and sorry not sorry(sorry). So when we went to sleep I blah blah blahed. So when we woke up we went to this like dock kind of thing and went on a boat. I thought we were just strolling around the island(now that I think about it wouldn’t strolling around the island be tiring?)but actually we went to A WHOLE DIFFERENT ISLAND. When we were near, the driver said people could jump off and swim to shore. But no one I knew went. So when he said that he also said there were life vests and snorkel mask things to snorkel. We could snorkel over the coral but not stand on it. I stayed in the shallow part for a while when Nam’s dad said,”Wanna go snorkeling?” I was like heck yeah! So I got a life vest and a snorkel mask and went. While we were getting ready ThucDan came over with Khang and said,”We went over to the coral without a life vest and almost drowned. Khang grabbed onto me and pulled us both in. Then he disobeyed the driver’s orders and stood on the coral.” I was like obviously, he couldn’t have done any worse than pulling my sister into the water and standing on the coral when the driver clearly said not to. I saw a blue tang and this cool yellow fish and a school of minnows. So after we went back to shore and played an egg toss game. After, we played a game where there were two teams and on each team people took turns to be blindfolded. The person had to run to the water spin around three times and run back. I was last and had a pretty hard time. When the game was over I put on the mask and swam around in the shallow end. I tried grabbing minnows in schools but they were like the fish version of the Flash. In my mind I was like “DID YOU GET HIT BY LIGHTNING LIKE BARRY ALLEN OR WHAT(Barry Allen is Not the Flash)” Then bigger fish were just swimming at my feet and I was like “Stand still just stand still and hopefully the aren’t eels.” No I was actually kinding there weren’t any eels or stuff like that but if there were it wouldn’t be pretty. Then we left and got to see Michael Jordan’s house. So when we went to sleep we got to play on our iPads and stuff but people in the hotel kept joining my game which made me frustrated since I was trying to build. The next day was our last day(I think)and we went to the public pool for the Lazy River and the slides. But we kind of got lost and so we stopped at this ice cream place. There was a sign that said,”Whatever goes up must come down. PLEASE DO NOT FEED THE PIGEONS.” We got the message. So after getting lost again a couple times we found the Lazy River. ThucQuyen, ThucDan and I went together. The others split up. So we went around like five times. Then when Nam’s dad was at the beginning, we went off. Nam was still on there but we went anyway. We couldn’t leave Nam so we stayed at the kiddie pool until he came. He said,”I GOT LOST:)” So when we went to the pool Khang and ThucDan went to the bathroom. When they came back they wanted for me and Nam to come and see something. Well mostly Khang wanted Nam to come and not me, but ThucDan said I could come. So they showed us a slide that went into a tube that took us under water. I went with ThucDan. When we got to the top of the line, there was a sign that said everyone had to be a certain height to go on the slide. I was tall enough and I was happy although Khang was not. When we went down it was dark and scary. When we entered the tube, there was water that poured down. On top of the tube there a shark. Just laying there. I was like,”Please don’t break the glass. Please don’t break the glass.” Then I noticed that the shark was just trying to enjoy his summer like us. When we left, ThucDan said there was a slide that was lit. It turned out to be a small short slide. But the pool that the slide went into was like 5 feet so ThucDan had to hold me. We went back to the regular pool and I tried to chase Nam but without goggles, it was hopeless. I asked,”Hey where’s Bien and ThucQuyen?” They turned out to be back in the hotel. Then we went to eat and the food was seafood which was cool. Well folks guess that’s the end of my Bahamas trip let’s go back to Florida.

 

 

So when we came back to Florida, we immediately went to the pool. I didn’t bring my goggles but luckily, Khoi had some. At the pool Y Vien and I went to the 4 feet part. Y Vien had a floatie and it was a toucan. When I went underwater she would duck her head in and open her eyes. It kind of looked she had bubbles in her eyes. So we went back and ate, played some video games and went to sleep. When I woke up we had a cool exercise. Khoi had this lamp that was connected to his mom’s phone. Khoi went on YouTube and played a song. We all danced to it. Surprisingly I saw my mom and dad downstairs just right there. Nam’s dad suggested we go to this beach. As we were setting down our things, Ryan and his friend’s families came over.  When we were in the water, the waves kept crashing down like someone, not specifically Percy Jackson, but someone was controlling it trying to make us die. Then we went to the sand a bit and made mountains of sand. There a part of the water where the sand acted like slime. Angela( a friend I met a Ryan’s birthday party)and I grabbed some of it and played with it. After we were done, we went to the place where you can wash off the sand and the salt off.  Then we ate lunch. So when we were leaving I asked Angela if she was coming to the house with us. She was and she did. We ate pizza while the older ones ate at Hot Pot or something. Angela and I swapped iPads and played on each other. Then we watched some YouTube. When I woke up we had to go home. Guess that was the end.

 

 

The trip was short since we went to Charlotte. After Charlotte, we went to home, Arizona. When we got home, man was I glad. I was so glad I kissed the floor. No I didn’t actually kiss the floor. But a little later I found this photo on my mom’s phone, zoomed in on the star and screenshotted it. But I can’t show you the picture since something is wrong and I can’t put the picture on.But anyway, School was like a nightmare full of pencils,books,folders,papers and the worst thing yet: HOMEWORK!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello my name is ThucLam Denise Huynh and this is the story of my life.

 

I was born on 2008 December, 3rd, all I remember was when I was at least 3 and my 8 year older sister, ThucDan and I found a bug that I thought look like a ladybug shaped as a skateboard. Then when my mom would try to feed me rice, she’d put the spoonful of rice in my mouth I would think and grab onto the spoon with my mouth and not let go. Then one morning I went into my room where my crib used to be. I expected a nice empty mattress from my crib to lay on. But apparently my second cousins/aunts were visiting and I had no idea.While ThucDan dragged me out of the room I pretended and said, “But I wanna look at the fishies!”. We had fish in a tank we separated in tiles my mom used as for yarning things. I asked my dad,”Why are they in their own room Daddy?”. My dad responded and said”So they don’t kill each other.” I stood there like “Sir I am only 6!”. I had a depressed face and those words my dad said gave me the shivers. I also went to ballet classes at this place with a bunch of sports classes. At that time it looked like a mall to me. I don’t think I was supposed to but whenever we would go to the tap session everybody would put on their tap shoes, everybody but me. I would stay in my ballet slippers and have to pound my feet into the ground because that’s how tap dancing is I guess(VERY DANGEROUS).

 

Then I learned about colors at the age of 4. At that time my favorite color was green, that was because green was the only color I knew. We had this old fashioned computer that I would play on even though it wasn’t turned on. Then I thought about what I was going to be when I grew up, my family would go to Sonic or CiCi’s Pizza a lot and I would see the cashier and in my little mind I would say, “One day I will be behind the buttons pressing whatever.” Then surprisingly I went to kindergarten, my teacher’s name was Mrs. Lull. I had made my first friend named, Chloe. She would always be in a good mood except when she and I had fights. Then my official best friend ever,Kali wouldn’t approve Chloe. But I didn’t play with Chloe as much as I did in the beginning of the year so I let Chloe go. She had a new best friend,Taryn anyway. 

 

 

Then 1st grade punched me in the face.I had lost contact with Kali from kindergarten but I managed through. We had only 4 boys and at least 11 girls. My teacher’s name was Mrs.Galvin. She was the second best, after we did our Bell Work(Morning Work)we would put up our hand and Mrs.Galvin will check our paper to let us go to her desk and pick out three candies. I would ALWAYS be the first. Then my teacher finally declared that I was the smartest in my class that was pretty cool until my life changed after that. My math group I would be assigned with made me answer all the questions. Then no one wanted to play with me because they thought their popularity would fade if they hung around a nerd. But my best friend,Arianna stuck with me because everyone declared her a liar.

 

 

Second grade wasn’t as bad as first grade. I went to this catholic school named SSJ.My teacher’s name was Mrs.Bailey. I immediately made friends with this girl named Neveah. But it wore off when I found my group made of four girls,me,Reagan,Gabriella/Gaby and Isa/Isabella. then a girl who was held back named Stephanie joined then Gaby came up with the name Funny Five. I always secretly called us the Talented Five. We were all good at one or more things. Reagan was good at art and mostly gymnastics, Gaby was good at art and reading, Isa was good at art and karate, Stephanie was good at reading and art then finally me I’m good at crafting singing and art.

 

 

Then third grade struck towards me. I made to the Pageant choir and the Honors Choir which sings in the church. My teacher’s name is Mrs.Mulkern. I still had Gaby and Reagan but Isa and Stephanie were in the other class. I loved Mrs.Mulkern she would always give Tic-Tacs to the children who behaved. I was so excited when that happened I tried to be on my best behavior when Mrs.Mulkern started giving them out to students. Not many of them were me…

 

 

Here we are at fourth grade. Mrs.Miller my teacher, Isa the only one in my class that has been in the Funny Five. Maybe there is no WAY I’m gonna make it through fourth grade. Only one late assignment per quarter. The rest…are zeros. Could life get any better. Yay….

 

I’m not in fifth grade yet because we’re only talking in August. But anyways… mom wants me in band. I don’t know what I want. There’s not much. I used to like chess but now I don’t suggest to play anymore. Sure I think it’s fun but there are better after-school activities. Like…I don’t know but you get what I mean.

So the dashes mean the evolutions and the megas are when a trainer has a key stone and the pokemon have the mega stone and their bond is really strong so they mega evolve.

Virginia is a state with Richmond as the capital. It also has The Washington Monument and The Lincoln Memorial. West Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee and North Carolina are all around Virginia. BUT WE’RE NOT TALKING GEOGRAPHY HERE. That gave me an idea to make a post about geography.

 

So anyway let’s start at the wedding where it was ThucQuyen’s turn and my turn to walk down the aisle and throw flower petals. So apparently I was walking to fast and people “quietly” said SLOW DOWN or TOO FAST or either SLOWER. In my mind I was like, well strangers I want this to get over with so please stop “whispering” in my ear. After that Vincent said his vows and Doan also said hers and then all those prayers, blah blah blah and they kissed like normal weddings. So then we had  wait why are my colors BLUE OK NOW WHY ARE MY COLORFUL WORDS UPPERCASED? Ok that’s better anyways, the photographer took Vincent and Doan for pictures and it started to rain. Annie took an umbrella, opened it and the wind blew the umbrella inside out. Annie straitened it and ran to Doan to put the umbrella over her head. Then when we went to eat, there was a buffet, one thing we got was bread and at the end of the table there was “ice cream” it was actually butter. I saw a person think that the butter was ice cream, so they took half a spoonful and put on their plate. Then outside I saw them take a spoonful of butter and put it in their mouth. Their face was like, :3.

 

So let’s go laser tagging! We went laser tagging a few days later and I was on a team with Doan, Kim and ThucQuyen for the first game. Then with ThucDan and Vincent the second game. Then Annie and Tien the last game. There was a mini arcade so we played there a little. Then we went to the movies and watched Beauty and the Beast but the people who already saw get to watch Gifted. The next day me, Doan, Chi, TD and TQ WENT TO THE PETTING ZOO. The animals there were so cute and fluffy like the alpaca/goat. The next day we went to a bowling alley. I had to use a dinosaur a little but the others I did by hand. So then I THINK we went home and the next day we went to eat and then to the airport and we got our tickets, went through security and went to our gate, got on our plane, and like it was magic, we were in Arizona. So there you go, my Virginia trip………..

So today I gonna do a change of plans. So ThucLam got the baloney(Nam if you are reading this I still don’t care)and ThucQuyen starved to death.

 

After eating the baloney and ThucQuyen dying,ThucLam packed her stuff,the tent and ThucQuyen’s belongings. When ThucLam looked inside of ThucQuyen’s pack she found TONS AND TONS of food. She thought,she was trying to make me starve without knowing all this food in her pack! After days of having several delicious meals ThucLam thought of trying to find a railroad and follow it. Good news:ThucLam found a railroad. Bad news:apparently the railroad was a bit LOT farther than she expected. Just as she was about to give up ThucLam saw light coming from a gas station! “Please tell me the do not only have gas as a drink cause water would so be better after all that food!” ThucLam moaned,she walked over and saw an empty car(oh I forgot to tell you but now out of nowhere when ThucLam blinked the forest became a desert). She had an idea, all she needed to do was make sure no one was in the gas station. Becoming luck for ThucLam, no one was in the store and the car door was unlocked!(bad safety)so ThucLam got in the car and then remembered,I don’t know how to drive…..

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The car was a HONDA.

Once upon a time the little girls named,ThucQuyen and ThucLam,they were lost in the woods so they did not have anything. But what they did have was one piece of baloney(don’t care if I spelled it wrong) ThucLam said,”How about we go to sleep and when we wake up then the person who has the best dream gets the baloney,ok?”. ThucQuyen answered,”That’s a great idea!”. The next morning ThucLam said to ThucQuyen,”I will tell my dream first. So I dreamed that I died in a fire and went to heaven. Why you can’t beat a dream like that so I get the baloney!”. Before ThucLam grabbed the baloney ThucQuyen said,”I believe you ThucLam because my dream was similar. You died in a fire and I thought you weren’t coming back,so I ate the baloney.”. The girls did rock paper,scissors,shoot. First round, ThucLam:rock,ThucQuyen:rock. Second round,ThucLam: paper,ThucQuyen:paper. Third round,ThucLam:scissors,ThucQuyen:scissors. To be continued……..

Hello and my name is ThucLam 8 year old in third grade.

 

As you can see my title is called “:3” for some reason. I actually have a story for why I chose that title.

 

After my win of 25$(it was supposed to be 50$ but someone robbed me ahem* Nam)I got robbed. But the person who robbed me was dumb and generous enough to leave me with 25$. But that’s probably not the reason you are reading this. Here is the real answer, after I got robbed a made a face “:3” apparently I was able to hold to the next morning but when I tried to smile my couldn’t move my face, that was when my mom took me to the doctor.  The doctor said,”ThucLam you have the “face freeze”. I was explained to that the face freeze doesn’t last forever only if you find the cure. I was “sick” for school for 2 weeks. I should’ve told you this but the face freeze is from SpongeBob. I’m not kidding it’s actually true, I know I’m as shocked as you are. No one I know knows what the cure was so I looked it up on Google. The good news was that the cure was at my friend’s garden house. The bad news is that she live in New York. I looked up some more. Good news:I found another cure, MORE good news:they were the mint leaves in my garden! But on with the bad news:everyone in my family is allergic to mint leaves. We didn’t know until everyone smelt them. I had no other choice but to touch them. I immediately started itching REALLY itching my arm but when I put gloves on and my medicine I felt better. Google said to make mint tea and drink from it for a week. I did what it said, 🙂 that is the face I made the week after the end.

Hi my name is ThucLam and I just turned 8 and that was around my time of winter break.

 

My winter break, now how should I start this out? Ah, now I remember. It all started about a week ago, when me my mom and sister went to Nevada to pick up my uncle and my cousins. We first flew to Nevada then went to a hotel then drove back to Arizona(home sweet home). I was actually looking forward to that time becausemy baby cousin Y Vien is chubby cute and funny so….yeah. But when we rented a car and started the road trip at the Hoover Dam every one was asleep(except for me and the person who was driving)Khoi,Y Vien and ThucQuyen was laying on me. And here is the order they were in; Y Vien’s head was on my right shoulder, ThucQuyen was laying on my lap and Khoi’s head was on my left shoulder. At first I really didn’t mind but when my whole body started to ache it really bothered me but I didn’t want to wake them all up cause then Y Vien would probably cry and Khoi would go screaming but ThucQuen maybe wouldn’t do much harm. We came to my house at about 6:40 and everything went off on a pretty rough start. Kids were screaming all over(some were crying),kids wouldn’t share including Khang and Nam. And that pretty much started the adults to tell them”TIME TO OPEN THE PRESENTS!!!!!”. Which basically started a riot of kids screaming and yelling louder that before. What I got for Christmas are a musical jewelry box, a wall clock and a notebook for some of my cool designs. But my last present was the best, it was a spiralgraphic thingymagig. I don’t know how but I love it by the way it looks. We decided we were going on a road trip but since it was pretty late everyone was tired, so we decided the trip would tomorrow. The adults started packing right away so that they wouldn’t waste time packing the next day. The next day we got in this big van with 12 seats for the road trip. But sadly 12 seats wasn’t enough so we had to go in separate cars. And of COURSE I rode in the van although Y Vien was in a separate car. I found out that we were going to California first,and oh no my colors are purple now ah never mind that so wait what is happening first my words are purple now they are more bolder and fancier!? AHHH never mind that to. As I was saying, the trip was about 2 or 3 hours I don’t know I didn’t count. We stoped at Dunkin Donuts for donuts cause we didn’t have breakfast and everyone was staving plus me. We rented an OK house but it wasn’t that comfortable. After a moment of 24 hours of uncomfortable we finally went onto Las Vegas,Nevada. One of my cousins Nam thought Las Vegas was in California I told him it was in Nevada but he said that I was pronouncing Nevada wrong Nevada is pronounced (NE-VADE-A) and I was pronouncing it (NE-VEA-DA) after him explaining all that to me I finally understood him. After that chaos we got this really nice hotel room that connected to another room. I found this wierd remote and pressed some buttons while pointing it to the drapes. Magically it opened! After thinking it was magic I found out the remote was for opening and closing the drapes it seemed really cool then I started to play with it. Nam,Khoi,Y Vien and ThucQuyen played to we made this little show while recording on Nam’s IPad I mostly did the opening and closing the drapes while Khoi was the audience, Nam was the host,ThucQuyen and Y Vien were the people in the “curtains” we call them.   All the parents went to the casino except for my grandma and uncle but soon we had to go to bed. Khang and Nam slept on the couch while Bien, ThucDan and grandma slept on one bed and ThucQuyen and I on the other bed. Khang got a pillow and a cover for a blanket but Nam got worse he got a used towel for a blanket and a pillow. In the morning everyone was everywhere here and there shouting and yelling I couldn’t hear myself think! We jammed into the van. On the way we saw Trump Tower  and Nam started yelling”BOMB TRUMP TOWER BOMB TRUMP TOWER!”. You could probably hear him from miles and miles away……WAIT no that’s to much so how about……….200 feet away…YES MUCH BETTER! We arrived at what seemed to be Arizona but instead what part I didn’t mention is that it was the Grand Canyon it was FREEZING!!!!!!! I did NOT know there was snow in Arizona so I was pretty much unprepared. There was also this lighthouse thing and ThucDan and I went to the top but I wondered around so I pretty much lost ThucDan. Then I yelled”THUCDANNNNNN!!” she said back to me from what seemed to be the bottom floor”IM DOWN HERE!!” and I yelled back “WHERE!!” then she said “DOWN HERE!!” and I said back”WHERE THOUGH!!”. And this pretty much went on until I was out of breath and went downstairs   and didn’t find her so I told my mom she said she saw her here somewhere then I spotted her!!!! I ran then saw she was playing with stamps. After the Grand Canyon we went to Sedona and went hiking Nam’s dad suggested we go down alone while he waited for the others which is what we did Khang and ThucDan went in one group while Nam and I were ahead we finally found the creek  were going to and saw Nam’s dad wave to us from above so we ran up to the family although they didn’t see the creek we went back to the van and drove to this far away place to eat. There was this statue and a penny was on it’s hand Nam said if you touch it the statue will come to life and haunt you or something like that. I took the penny. Nothing happened but then it kind of seemed like the eyes were moving towards me and the penny so I put the penny back. After we ate we got ice cream ThucDan shared with me while ThucQuyen got her own. then we went back to my house,ate some more,went to sleep,woke up,brushed our teeth and all that. And tHEN HERE I am writing my blog post I’m also only doing this because Nam’s dad said”Whoever writes the best blog with 500 or more words they get a 50$ ITunes gift card we were all in I don’t know about Nam,Khang and ThucDan but all I know is I’m going to win anyways that’s all there is to my story. BYE!!!!

The Christmas Pageant, Joseph and his wife Mary=The Best Christmas Pageant Ever!!!!!!!!

 

As you can see the best Christmas pageant ever would HAVE to have Joseph and Mary or the Christmas pageant wouldn’t BE a Christmas pageant. It would just be angels,shepherds,the three kings and baby Jesus with no mother.

ANYWAYS, of course the Christmas pageant at my school had Mary and Joseph,angels,the three kings and baby Jesus WITH a mother. My older sister ThucDan got to be in the pageant because at my school it’s a tradition to have the eighth graders to make the pageant a Christmas pageant. I myself was in the pageant choir so I was proud of my self. The pageant was on the 19th of December as usual, and ThucDan was a floor angel and a king’s angel. For some reason the king’s have their own angels—-although I do not know why. Let me just get to the point about-well me. I sang quite awesomely that night. My friends Vinh and Kally were quite J-E-A-L-O-U-S(I think and hope). Before the pageant started  Kally and Vinh went up where I was going to sing and just held up their phones and said “CHEESE LARRY!!”(Larry is the nickname they use for me). I got embarrassed and acted like I hated it when they do that. So I stood up and grabbed Vinh’s hands and almost dropped the phone. After that I felt tough and mad, the guy who sat next to saw the WHOLE thing and leaned over to me and said “Were those your brother and sister?!”. I gave him my “are-you-serious?”look then he backed up and sat down. After the pageant Kally and Vinh said “We want a tour ThucQuyen gave us a tour of your friend not the school and Dominic was worse he only showed us a TREE CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT GUY?!!?”. So I gave them a tour(to make them stop whining)of the basketball court since they ABSOLUTELY LOVE BASKETBALL. Then they bragged about how could touch the roof and I couldn’t. The pageant was also very cool. Oh I forgot to tell you guys how much I saw of the pageant. Ok here are most of who played what in the pageant I know,Bianca-Mary Nathan-Joseph Blaze,Donovan and Issac-the three kings Mathew-angel Gabriel Gabe and Kelly-narrators. Hey you might remember me from the past posts as you can see school is finally here! My teacher’s name is Mrs.Mulkern, she’s the best! Sometimes she gives us candy if we behave. I’m in room 5 and that’s where they have chess club, too bad I’m not in chess club anymore :(. Anyway I am super excited because last week we had auditions for honors choir and the pageant choir in December. The greatest thing of my life happened when school started, I found out in music class we have a different music teacher, Mr.Love when he’s angry we call him Mr.Evol because love spelled backwards sounds like evil, anyways , Sister Christine our old music teacher isn’t OUR music teacher anymore we have Mr.Love ( Mr.Evol)! In Mr.Love’s class we actually get to learn about music not just sing songs and watch Sister play the guitar. My spanish teacher Mrs.Alba teaches us real Spanish in our composition notebook unlike she does with second gaders and lower. I have a feeling this year is going to be awesome( unlike last year here at SSJ)!                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      So today is a Friday and on Fridays we go to mass(church)as always in honors choir you get to sing in church so if I make it to the choir mass won’t be so boring like it always is! In third grade at SSJ  third graders have to learn cursive , at first I  thought it was SOOO hard, but then I got the hang of it so now I’m awesome (unlike my friends(not to be rude) Reagan and Stephanie)at cursive. Mrs.Mulkern says I am awesome at cursive but I am not so sure about that I’ve checked my cursive several times and I so do not think I’m good at it. The word count is 296. It changed now I will keep on talking about my third grade life cause the word count should be about at 378 when I’m done with this post. I am glad that um you know um……………………………….?
